Batch digitization and extraction of documents – for the batch scanning and data capture use technologies Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules or Kofax Express (differentiated by degree of complexity, in the form of processed data and time required for deployment), which allow to automatically import scanned documents into predefined libraries or lists in SharePoint. Documents are accompanied by descriptive attributes, which have been retrieved by OCR program or filled in by scanner operator. Prior to importing scanned documents into the SharePoint, it is possible to digitally sign them by electronic signature or attach a timestamp.
Powerful workflow - Workflow from NINTEX company allows you to create complex workflows for the circulation of documents and information in a web browser and automate business processes and routine administrative tasks in Microsoft SharePoint.
