In SAP we specialize in document processing, workflow, electronic archiving of documents and data and integration with other systems. Our solutions use standard SAP modules and in particular modules SAP Extended ECM by OpenText, the most used content management system in the world that SAP has to offer.
We will increase the functionality of SAP for work with documents, particularly in scanning, electronic archiving, document security and user simplicity. In addition, we develop our own solutions for specific areas of document processing in SAP. The key solution is the KDF module for automation of processing of incoming invoices.

Solution description:
Archiving data in SAP – if the SAP database is excessively growing, it is necessary to ensure its optimization, but in a way that the necessary data are not lost and are accessible for users. Beside configuring the archivation itself we also provide initial analysis, prepare long-term archiving concepts and provide efficient means for easy access to archived data.
Document management in SAP - management of unstructured content in SAP is handled by SAP Extended ECM by OpenText – one of the world's most widely used ECM system, fully integrated into the SAP environment, which in addition to solving non-SAP documents combines the transaction data to external unstructured content. Besides the implementation and localization of the system itself we provide prepared solutions for your document types and special expansion modules.
Automatic invoice processing (KDF) – a solution called the "Book of incoming invoices" is used for automatic processing of invoices form scanning to filing. The module uses advanced OCR technology for extracting data from scanned invoices, tools for electronic archiving under the applicable law and custom module for the SAP system for complete processing of invoices, including link to the workflow.
Electronic signatures for SAP – extension of the standard SAP functions for automatic archiving of issued electronic documents with the possibility of inserting electronic signature, electronic mark or time stamps to the generated documents.
Custom solutions in SAP – especially in the area of working with electronic documents we have a number of additional modules for the SAP system, which allow us to efficiently create customized solutions according to specific requirements.
